I have been using Ed Martin Acura to service my 2005 Acura RL since 2012. So far I have had no issues. The techs are knowledgeable. They tell me what is wrong with my car, fix it and my RL is still running like it is brand new. They can be a bit pricy but I would recommend them for any one that truly loves their Acura and wants it to last.
Ask for Audrey in sales she will be informative, honest, and extremely helpful. Matt is another helpful employee who will help in any way that he can to make sure you are happy and getting the best deal they can provide. Will always be a repeat customer and the people and product are the reason why. Any negative reviews please do not use those as your main decision, spend 15 minutes and see for yourself! I spent weeks shopping around and they were the only one to listen, give me their actual best offer, and more importantly treat me well throughout the entire process. Recommend to all my family and I am a very tough customer!

I'm from Cincinnati and I was on my way to Chicago , when I stopped in whitestown IN. For fuel I realize I didn't have the remote key with me . (Left it home in cinci ) I couldn't start the car and the temperature was 5 degrees , I didn't know what to do since I was almost 3 hours away from home , so I called the nearest Acura dealership to see how they could help me (Ed Martin Acura) . JOE took my call and my problem was solved . He quickly had my Rdx towed to the dealership , and had a key made for me, it was lunch time for the service guys but they didn't mind to interrupt their beak time to make sure I was back on the road promptly and make my appointment on time . ...
